Requesting a Quote

By submitting this request, you are provided with a price quote for product(s) listed in www.redtech.lk website.

Kindly notice that the price for any quoted, back-ordered or pre-ordered item that is not already in stock, will not be considered as a fixed price and may change depending on many factors that are out of our control, including the supplier/agent’s price and stock updates.
REDTECH will inform and get confirmation from the customer if there are any changes to the final price before locking the order reservation for this item.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

An advance payment for a locked reservation order, which is confirmed by the customer or one of his representatives, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if the reserved items are already available at the quoted prices.
But the customer can request an order cancellation and a refund if REDTECH fails to provide the back-ordered items within a specified timeframe mentioned in a written document issued by REDTECH or fails to supply for the quoted price.
Refunds will be issued only to the original owner who placed the order with an advance payment.

Changes To This Agreement
